Patsy, full bust adjustment
The ready to sew patterns are drafted for a B cup for range 1 (32 - 46) and a D cup for range 2 (46 - 58). Making a full bust adjustment to the Patsy overalls is very easy. You just need to lenghen the upper part using the shorten/lengthen lines from the pattern.
- Determine how much length you need to add from your front pattern pieces F and E. Simply cut along the shorten/lengthen line, separating the pattern into two pieces.
- Lay a sheet of paper down with the pattern pieces on top of it and line up the pattern's grain lines. Tape your pattern pieces down to the paper and blend the curve or straight edge to connect either edge of the pattern. Cut off the excess paper.
